Netherwing Easter Egg Hunt

Depending on how vigorously you farm netherwing eggs, can drastically reduce the amont of days of dailies you must complete till exalted. At 250 rep a pop unbuffed, it can be well worth your time to farm these babies. Things I have personally noticed is that the eggs on the island tend to spawn less frequently then the eggs found in the nethermines. That being said the eggs down in the mines are heavily farmed, so it's generally a good idea to look in both areas rather then just one.

WhatI have found is - the more experience you have with this, the more eggs you'll find. Even if others are looking in the same areas as you; don't worry. There has been many a time when others have missed an egg, so just do your own thing and be patient.

I'll start with the upper level of the netherwing ledge. I'm my own experience I've noticed that the spawn timer for eggs is between 1 - 4 hours, veering closer to the 3 hour mark.

Ok, so there are a lot of spawn points, and usually the ones on mountain peaks tend to be missed. The next spot is the Dragonmaw fortress next to the netherwing fields.  

Lastly The Netherwing mines - The eggs tend to re-spawn faster and are more densely packed together then the ones found on the ledge and fortress. They tend to respawn every hour, so basically if you do a full clear of the place (kill everything there is to kill) they should have respawned in time for you to start back at the beginning. Furthermore, the more mobs you kill, the more eggs you will inevitably find. Egg loot drops do not have spawn timers and while the drop rate is low, you can usually get at least one to drop per run through

So Basically these eggs are found everywhere. There are just tones of spawn locations, and even all these screen shots don't cover all of them. They do, however, give you a very good idea of the types of places these things can be found. They spawn in cracks in the ground, on mountain peaks, in buildings, under dragon butts (true story), on main pathways, in carts and in any crevice in the mines. They can also be looted from trash mobs of any kind on the ledge or in the mines, and from any node like ore or from herbs.
